Production time:
approximately 20 working days (5 working days for "Ready for Delivery" Products).
Delivery time:
CERTIFIED MAIL - 3 working days ( Monday - Saturday ). No tracking outside italian border.
EXPRESS CARRIER* - 1 working day ( Monday - Friday ).
Payment modality:
BANK TRANSFER** - In Advance ( Account details will be sent within the Order Confirmation ).
POSTEPAY CARD TOP-UP (Valid only from Italy)*** - In Advance. Download the form, to be completed and submitted in any italian Post Office.
* Delivery modality EXPRESS CARRIER: ( TNT Traco ) please give a delivery address with someone always available for collect.
The day of posting an email will be sent with the details of the shipment and the tracking number.
** Payment modality BANK TRANSFER: payment must be made in advance.
Please note that the transfer fees must be payed by the payer (you).

Subject: "Bank Transfer - Order n. ...". (put Boneswimmer's Order number which is placed in the Order Confirmation email).
E-Mail body: write the CRO number of the Bank Transfer.

Please, send a confirmation email as follows:
Subject: "Postepay Card TopUp - Order n. ...". (put Boneswimmer's Order number which is placed in the Order Confirmation email).
E-Mail body: write TopUp details (date, time, Post Office from where You made the payment).
To make a Postepay TopUp, is only needed our card number ( which will be sent in the Order Confirmation ); is not needed to hold a Postepay Card.
Boneswimmer will send the goods only after the payment verification and in the foreseen times.
It is important to put in the subject the Order Number, otherwise it will be difficult for us to go back to Your Order and register the payment.
Invoicing
As required by current regulations, sales made through e-commerce systems, are regularized by registration fees in the book of accounts.
If you need of the invoice, please request it explicitly in the comments of the order, remembering to include the correct headers, complete with VAT number.
