How do I request custom costumes and accessories?
1) Send an email to info@boneswimmer.it describing your needs, project, and ideas. If you already know which models you'd like to customize, please include them in the email; otherwise, we'll advise you based on your needs. Don't forget to tell us the total number of pieces you're interested in so we can provide you with the best quote .
2) We will contact you as soon as possible with all the necessary information, delivery times and a quote.
3) If you're interested in the quote, simply confirm it and our creative and graphic team will develop proposals that will lead to the creation of the final graphic, exclusively for you.
4) How do I choose my size ? If you're not familiar with our products yet, we can send you a complete size-testing kit, which requires an advance payment. Once you've determined your size, you can keep one or more items and return the rest for a refund.
5 ) For future orders, we can supply you with just one item at a time as a restocking order , maintaining the price confirmed at the beginning of our collaboration. This service is of fundamental importance as it allows you to avoid having random inventory and to order what you really need as you go.
