Exchange and Return Conditions
You can exchange or return purchased products within 10 business days of receiving them. You are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, excluding any shipping costs.
The merchandise must be intact, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the same condition in which it was shipped. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions. Returns shipped after 10 days (the shipping date is the valid date) will not be accepted.
Products in the LAST CHANCE category and personalized or custom edition items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For countries with customs, return costs (customs clearance, duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
Goods Exchange — Italy
To make a change, follow this procedure:
- Place a new order with the items you wish to receive.
- In the order notes, write: "I request delivery with collection of previous order no. XXXXX".
- Complete payment for your new order.
- Prepare the items to be returned in an envelope and hand them over to the courier.
The courier will simultaneously deliver the new order and collect the return. The refund will be processed within 15 business days of the goods being returned.
Return — Italy
Option 1: Retreat organized by BONESWIMMER
Contact us at info@boneswimmer.it with the subject "Return order no. XXXXX with collection" and indicate:
- Items to be returned
- Preferred day for collection (no specific time)
- Full address, name and telephone number
The refund will be issued within 15 working days of the return of the goods, deducting €8.99 for shipping costs.
Option 2: Customer-provided shipping
You can choose your preferred courier, as long as the shipment is trackable. We are not responsible for lost or untracked shipments.
Returns — Abroad
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be trackable. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving the returned goods.
