If the package is returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery information, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You can exchange size and model or return the products purchased within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and obtain a refund of the amount paid, excluding any shipping costs incurred .

The returned goods must be intact, immaculate and in the same condition in which they were shipped , complete with tag. All returned products will be inspected, therefore we reserve the right to refuse items that are not in the same condition as when they were shipped. Items that are not in the same condition as when they were shipped will not be accepted. returns shipped after 10 days from the date of receipt ( the return shipping date is valid ).

Products in the LAST CHANCE category cannot be returned and/or replaced.

GOODS EXCHANGE - ITALY (EXCHANGE)

• Place a new order by adding the new items you wish to receive to your cart.
• Write in the order notes “ I request delivery with collection of previous order no. XXXXX ” (to view the notes field click on the “View cart” item).
• Complete the payment for your order.
• Prepare in an envelope the items to be returned and handed over to the courier on the day of delivery of the new order.
  
  The courier will simultaneously deliver the new order and collect the items to be replaced. As soon as the goods return to our offices, they will be inspected and a refund will be issued within 15 working days.

RETURN - ITALY (with collection organized by Boneswimmer)

• If the return is from Italy you can contact us at info@boneswimmer.it indicating the following information:
  - EMAIL SUBJECT: "Return of order no. XXXXX with collection"
  - MAIL: Items to return, preferred day ( you cannot choose a time) for the delivery of the carrier and complete address with name and telephone number.
  
  
• As soon as the goods return to our offices, they will be inspected and a refund will be issued ( reversing the shipping costs of €8.99 ). directly to your PayPal account or to the credit card you used at the time of payment, within 15 working days.

RETURN - ITALY + RETURN ABROAD

• The choice of method and carrier with which to return the products is free, but always with shipment traceability . We will not be responsible for goods sent without traceability or lost.
